Dagens Medicin in Sweden was established in 1994. It was the first independent newspaper for professionals and decision-makers in the health care sector in Sweden, and became an immediate success. Today Dagens Medicin is the most read paper on the market, with 80 000 readers, mainly doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other decision-makers. Since 1994 Dagens Medicin has launched a range of different media products for health care professionals – supplements, newsletters and daily news on the web with the site dagensmedicin.se.
